Police Reform Committee Report and Plan
In response to the Governor’s Executive Order #203, the Supervisor of the Town of Colchester convened a committee of representatives of the community to review the Town of Colchester Police Department (CPD) procedures and practices to examine their applicability in the Town of Colchester to problems of racial bias in policing. This report contains a plan for implementing 8 policing recommendations for the Colchester Police Department. The plan will be presented for public comment on March 23, 2021.
